Welcome. I’m Azizeh E. Rezaiyan

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist | Nearly 30 Years of Experience

For almost three decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals, couples, and families—people from all walks of life, at every stage of life. My clients include professionals navigating high-stress careers, couples seeking clarity and connection, individuals moving through major transitions, and people simply trying to make sense of where they are and what they want next.

No matter where you’re starting from, I offer a space that’s grounded, compassionate, and honest. My approach is always centered on you—your needs, your values, and your lived experience. I draw from a range of therapeutic methods, but more than anything, I bring deep presence and genuine care to each session.

“Every stage of life brings its own questions, and no two people—or relationships—are exactly alike. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from many different cultural, professional, and personal backgrounds. Deep down, they all share is a desire for honest reflection, deeper understanding, and the tools to move through life with more ease and authenticity.” —

Over the last ten years, I’ve lived and worked in both Silicon Valley and Portland, Oregon—two vibrant regions with very different energies and values. Each city brings its own culture, pace, and relationship dynamics. Working with couples and individuals in both places has given me a nuanced understanding of how local context can shape everything from career stress and family roles to communication patterns and expectations in intimate partnerships. This perspective helps me meet each client with awareness of the world they’re navigating—not just personally, but socially and culturally.

In Portland

Life moves slower. There’s space for reflection.

Couples often seek deeper connection, shared values, and personal growth.
But even in this supportive environment, emotional distance and communication breakdowns can happen.

In Silicon Valley

The pace is fast. Careers are intense.

Relationships often fall behind work deadlines and startup stress.
Couples here may struggle with time, presence, and emotional availability—despite deep love and shared goals.
