3. Confidentiality & Legal Exceptions

6. Fees, Payments, & Cancellation Policy

6.1 Fees & Payments

• Fees for counseling sessions will be communicated prior to booking.
• Payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the full session rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Therapy is a collaborative process, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• We are not responsible for any relationship decisions you make based on therapy.
• We are not liable for any financial, emotional, or personal consequences resulting from counseling.

8. Online & Virtual Therapy Disclaimer

If you engage in online or virtual therapy, you acknowledge:
