Fees
I am dedicated to providing the very best care and support to my clients. And since, like many professionals within my field, I am not a part of an insurance network, I try to keep my fees as low as possible. My fees are a reflection of my dedication to you, and below the local average.
“My fees are a reflection of my commitment to real help — because help that is not affordable is of no help at all.”
—Azizeh
It is still possible that your insurance reimburses for out-of-network psychotherapy. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, or if they reimburse for out of network, the first thing you should do is call them. Check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers. Some helpful questions you can ask them:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I need an authorization number?
